Return & Exchange Policy

At Bhavishya Surgical, we deal in surgical instruments and medical supplies intended for professional and institutional use. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

 

 

1. No Returns

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been sold and delivered.

  • This policy applies to all products, including domestic and international orders.

 

 

2. No Exchanges

  • We do not offer any exchange for products once an order is confirmed and dispatched.

  • Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications, quantities, and order details before placing an order.

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • In the rare event that a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any such issue must be reported with:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Resolution (if approved) will be at the sole discretion of Bhavishya Surgical.

 

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or dispatched.
